Local Honey Local Honey are looking for poetry, prose, lyrics and text based graphics by artists and writers with connections to the Midlands for their newest pocket sized publication (‘pocket pubs’). The brief is open to any text based artform responding to the title ‘WE ARE UNBOLTING THE STREET SIGNS’ which refers to the practice of removing signage in places of conflict so that only local residents can navigate the area. The brief should be interpreted in your own way, ideally not including the full title so as to avoid repetition within the publication. Contributors will receive a fee of £20 and a copy of the final pocket sized publication published by Local Honey Local Honey in 2026.
